Carolyn Welch Clifford to Participate in the Labor Relations and Labor Law Conference

The 38th annual conference will take place on Friday, December 2nd at Chicago Kent College of Law.   Carolyn Welch Clifford will be part of the Firefighter Forum discussing labor relation developments specific to the fire and EMS profession over the last year. Topics will include: Recruitment challenges, PSEBA developments, pension fund investment pooling, Community Emergency Services ACT (CESSA) and the Battalion Chief Bill.
