James Wargo to Participate in the 2023 Pension Institute Webinar Series for IGFOA

The Illinois Government Finance Officers Association will hold virtual learning sessions on March 14^th and 15^th 2023.  Jim Wargo will be presenting Ethics Laws that Impact Local Governments from 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. on March 15th. This session will provide an introduction and overview of some of the more significant ethics laws that impact local governments, including prohibited conflicts of interest, the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act, and the criminal bidding provisions under the Illinois Criminal Code.
