Karl R. Ottosen started out of law school with the Illinois State Labor Relations Board as one of its first hearing officers. As such he helped shape policies that govern the Board's operations even today. Stephen H. DiNolfo began his career as a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney and handled hundreds of jury and bench trials. Maureen Anichini Lemon serves as an adjunct law professor which brings an understanding of educational systems to her role as counsel to the clients she serves.
